This workshop is designed for the
sales department and includes lectures, review, and simulation. The lectures will cover
the basics of options and strategies commonly used by customers. Students will learn about
market sensitivities, pricing relationships to assist in identifying profit opportunities,
and hedging strategies to protect profits and minimizes risk. The simulation will involve
basic strategies for "customer representatives" to understand profit potential
as well as ways to protect positions and enhance returns. During the course of the
twenty-eight hour presentation, the student will experience simulation on Trade$tar II™,
classroom lecture, and a review session.
